Library Update

This plugin is designed purely to update the billing library in order to enable developers to circumvent the issues with the older billing library.

The plugin currently updates the Google Play Billing library to Version 6.0.1.
This plugin will enable older engine versions to upload their Android applications to the Google Play Store.

NOTE: This plugin does not provide any billing service features.

In order to gain access to the features of the billing service, you should use the Play Services: Billing plugin.
